Brick colonials and capes north of EMU

College Heights grew up alongside Eastern Michigan University in the 1920s–1940s: brick colonials, Tudors, and capes on tree-lined streets north of campus.

It has long been one of the north side's established neighborhoods — solid construction, close to campus, minutes to St. Joe's.
